In conjunction with a new office building, the District has plans to create a conservation garden to showcase and educate the public on the efficient ways to set up landscaping and watering schedules. The District wants to preserve the heritage of beautiful yards and gardens but through efficient water distribution.  A conservation garden will be one of the many public attractions at the Jackson Flat Reservoir and surrounding area.
